It started when I was a little boy. I turned on my television, and seen a show. It was called the Mickey Mouse Club. I seen a little girl who took my breath away. I knew from the moment I layed eyes on her that I would fall in love with her for all eternity. That little girl was Britney Spears. From then on, my mission was to follow her career from start to finish. As she grew older, she just got better and better. Her first album "...Baby One More Time", was in my old cd player playing on repeat all the time. I've taken much ridicule for having a dying obsession with Britney. Being laughed at in school, being told Britney was only for "girls", being judged and called many names. Britney was all worth it. It then went to "...Oops I Did It Again", that album defined me as a person. Britney was able to admit her mistakes as a young female, but still live her life happily. And she did. "Britney" came out, and when it did, I knew Britney and I had alot in common. In that album, Britney strived to be woman. She tried to make that transition to adult. And that's what I was currently doing. Britney has always been a sex symbol, and has taken criticism for it. Because she is a beautiful girl, and American's use physical attributes to sell their products. Shes not a slut. Shes not a skank. Shes not a whore. She is a normal woman with normal issues. "In The Zone" was the album that changed my life. Every track on that album is purely amazing. During that album Britney makes that transition she had been trying to make. Working with new producers and trying a new sound. It worked. I learned that Britney had so much to say, and so did I. The album also featured my favorite Britney song, "Everytime", a song that could fit anyone. Britney has suffered heartbreak and sadness, and it shines through and through in this song. She has always done her best to dodge despite what has happened. If you only knew how much I loved this girl. No matter what she did, my love will only grow stronger. Right after the release of "In The Zone", Britney took a tumble. She was bashed by media. Made fun of, knocked around, left hung to dry. They wanted Britney to die. They didnt care. The magazines, the news stories, the articles, the rumors, it was all a f***ing conspiracy. I don't justify any of Britney's negative actions as a mother, and as a person, but she is human. And people got that aspect confused. Celebrities are not treated as humans. Britney said once "Many people think that when your a celebrity you have it easy, but in most cases you have it harder". I watched her interview with Matt Lauer over and over again. It was all to make her look bad. But Britney held her ground like she does most of the time. She released "Blackout" around this time, and to me was a smart choice. It proved that despite how bad of shape she was in, her talent and perserverance did not fade. The album was ridiculously hot. All the tracks were party, club hits. Songs you would dance to in the car. Britney wanted to write ballads, sad ones about her life. Her record company told her "No, we must blackout negativity, and embrace life". So true, and oh so important. Thats where the album title came from. She succeeded and ended up topping the charts again. 3 VMA's from two hit singles from the album, Britney would not let her tumbling life ruin her career. I never lost hope. I never gave up. I stuck with Britney, even when she did things I did not agree with. I am her biggest fan. Call yourself a fan? A carried Britney in my soul, I carried her in my prayers. I couldn't watch her crash, after years of seeing her rise. It's too much to handle. Everyone has an idol, whether they are famous or not. She is mines. And will always be. And here we are now. At the release of "Circus", December 2nd. And look how Britney looks, look how Britney is doing. I am so proud of her, and despite how you feel about her, you should too. She is human, and had made her fair share of mistakes just like you. So embrace her bravery. Embrace her talent. Embrace her life. Because she's had one hell of a life, and has fought like the warrior I always knew she was. I wish I could put more her. It's so complex when it comes to me and Britney. Words cannot fully describe. I love Britney with all my heart.

Coming from Britney's #1 guy fan....
Circus is looking to be one of Britney's best. I was reading one of the polls, and the results concluded that "CIrcus", was her best album. I tend to disagree. I think "In The Zone" was the best. It was at the time in her life where she was, in fact, "In The Zone". Some of the best collaborations are found on that album. With Bloodshy, Avant, Madonna, and the Ying Yang Twins. The "Womanizer" video was amazing, and so is the song. People need to understand that I have followed Britney since she was little. I have watched her change. I have watched her ups, and downs. I am not one of those fans who jumped off the bandwagon as soon as she hit rock bottom. I have always stuck by her and defended her. And shes doing so much better, and I am so proud of her.
