With all these so excellent hits like ...Baby One More Time (of course), Sometimes, (You Drive Me) Crazy, Born to Make You Happy and From the Bottom of My Broken Heart. Because of this, I give this great album 5 stars! *sigh* I wish I could give it more than just 5..

How were we supposed to know that in 1999, Britney Spears would change the pop music world forever. When this album hit, I think everyone was singing "hit me baby one more time" over and over again. It so infectious, so catchy, and so much fun that it didn't matter who you were, you knew this song and still remember it today. That alone is proof that the song "...baby one more time" is a pure classic and this album is no different. I remember having the cassette tape of this album (which really makes it seem old LOL) and I am sure I wore the tape out. I just could not stop listening to this girl named Britney Spears. Her voice just captivated me and I was hooked from the first listen. With this album, Britney became the first female artist in music history to have an album and single of the same name debut at #1 simultaneously. "....baby one more time" was number 1 for what seemed like forever, and many more hits followed.

Stand out tracks are: "...baby one more time", "(you drive me) Crazy" , "Born to make You Happy", "I will Still Love You"

Over all, this album is and always will be a classic. 30 years from now, this album (and Britney) will be viewed in the same light that Elvis is viewed today, forever being credited as the driving force behind teen pops' return in the late 90's and as one of the worlds' biggest and best entertainers.

If you love Pop, Rock, or Throwback 1955's pop this CD has it all. It has a cher remake of "The Beat Goes On", it has tons of fun songs to listen to or sing with, or to yourself if your alone. All the songs are great, the only one I don't like is "Soda Pop" because it's content is questionable. Otherwise, it is fun, poppy, and made that black and blue boyband go who the hell is that, when they heard the first clips on her fansite about 16 years ago. So buy it and forget the new BSB album, they will just lie to you about everything more than Britney would anyways.

Britney Spears debuts herself to the world with her biggest hit of her whole career "Hit Me Baby One More Time" I don't think that there is one person in this world who dosen't know the words to that song. She followed up with more massive singles like "Crazy" and "Sometimes" This album was definatly a great pop album debuting at #1 of course. This album really gave britney her start into the music scene and i mean a good start

This is Britney's best album. It made her a star and a great role model. Plus it has amazing songs. Although she's an amazing dancer and performer and we all love to see her do what she does best, people haven't let her live her life. I just hope she get's better and just takes sometime to herself.

Britney's weakest album.. Not not great, it gets kinda boring after listening to it for the 5th time.. I wasn't really impressed with this album. I loved some of the songs, and this album still made me a fan, but I prefer her later music. Some of the songs I liked on this album were Crazy and Baby One More Time. I REALLY hated Sometimes! Britney's only gotten better over the years.

Lets admit it as much as we love the pure bubble gum pop, this album was simply commercial, and was made before Britney was known to be such a huge success.
The tracks were to catch the eyes of children and teen worldwide, whilst the "Baby one more time" captured the other needed audiences.
I"m not exactly sure what to thick of the album, it is truely Britney, it's Britney being enclosed and told what to do, and doing it brilliantly...
But still this was a learning album for Britney, and without it she wouldnt be "the queen of pop"...

So it worked well for her image and put Britney at the top of the Pop hits.
Cleverly done, but not inspiring.

An amazing effort by the princess of pop, a 90´s classic song and a cute album that makes me ask for more!

I love from the bottom of my broken heart, think it's one of her greatest ballads ever and I will be there reminds me of a lost friend.

Here everything started. The phenomenon Britney Spears produced such a big impact that no one can forget "Baby one more time".

Although this is the album that I like least, it doesn't mean it is a bad album. It has very good songs, with that innocence that made us fall in love with Britney.

My favourite songs are:

- (You drive me) Crazy
- ...Baby one more time
- Born to make you happy

In this cd also appears (in my opinion) the worst song of Britney, appart from Early morning: Soda Pop (What the hell is that??????)

Who would have imagined that the innocent ...Baby one more time was to become the sexy and incredible Blackout?...

Do you remember hearing "Baby One More Time" for the first time? I do. And I'll never forget it. It blew me away. That song that made her a pop star phenomenon, and no matter what is happening now with her life/career this is exactly why she will ALWAYS be a Pop Icon. You can't take that away from her or the fans.
